Hofstede China Vs Colombia

In the first, Colombia obtained a score of 80, well above China, which obtained 30, this may be due to the conservative Colombian religious notion that has many followers. In long term Chinese orientation, it exceeds 13 points in Colombia with 87, this because they show the ability to easily adapt traditions to changing conditions, a strong propensity to save and invest, savings, and perseverance in achieving results. Finally, in indulgence, Colombia is well above China with a score of 83, in contrast to China's low score of 24, this because Colombians have a positive attitude and tend to be optimistic. In addition, they attach a greater degree of importance to free time, act as they please and spend money as they want. Although the differences between China and Colombia are evident, the table also showed a close similarity in the dimension of masculinity with a score of 66 for China and 64 for Colombia, this due to the fact that both have a Masculine society  highly success oriented and driven.
